Fixed-Price Proposal & Scheduling

The written estimate covers labour, waste disposal, and a breakdown of work stages. Once you confirm, we schedule the start date. All trades — plumbing, tiling, electrical — are booked and sequenced before work begins.

Strip-Out, First Fix Plumbing & Electrics

The existing bathroom is stripped to bare walls and floor. First fix plumbing runs are repositioned as specified. First fix electrical work — extractor fan, heated towel rail, shaver socket — is completed before waterproofing and tiling begin.

Tiling, Second Fix & Decoration

Waterproofing is applied to all wet areas. Tiling follows the agreed layout. Second fix plumbing and electrical complete the installation. The space is cleaned down, snagged, and signed off with you before we leave the site.
